What Is The Ultimate Fly Fishing Book?

The last two years Ive got into fly fishing.
What I am looking for now is a fly fishing book that will help me fish the proper fly for the time of season with retrieving tips etc.
I mostly fish scottish loch and dams with stocked rainbow and brownies in the hope of moving onto sea trout fishing and salmon if I get good at this.
It would also be helpful if I could find a book that will teach me new rig tying skills, ie how to tie fly line onto backing and how to tie a leader line onto fly line without using braided leaders.
Thanks in advance for your tips.

Here is a wonderful, informative website that caters to the flyfishing enthusiast from beginners to advanced anglers. Everything from casting methods to theory for the masters of the art. I spent a good deal of time looking over all the links and it is a very impressive website. It’s called Sexyloops Flycasting and though the name would imply otherwise it only deals with the art of flycasting.
    Give it a look sometime:http://www.sexyloops.com/flycasting/cont…

What a surprise, I envisaged the J’RHrtley answers as I read your question. The best bet is to get to your local library or bookshop and thumb through a few books to find out what suits you.
