How Much Would You Pay For A 1990 Inboard/outboard?

How much would you pay for a 1990, inboard/outboard 17 foot Bay-Liner? The boat is used but in Okay condition. It has a 3.0/4 cylinder engine, has a fish finder and depth finder, the interior is worn and needs to be re-done. What would you pay for this?

    personally I would not get a bayliner, however if it runs good and has low hours (if known) $1500 - 2000
