Wire the motor to two twelve volt batteries in series(or 3 8V or 4 6V) and wire the electronics to one of the twelves. You will need wire, some connectors and maybe someone who understands wiring. You can break things if they are wired wrong.

You will need two batteries for the trolling motor…wire the negative to the positive and the positive to the negative then from one battery to the terminals for the trolling motor. use battery cables and electric pads (red and green felt) under your connections (this is for terminal protection and keeps them clean).
Use another battery for your electronics (12 volt) if you have a gasoline engine use one battery only for engine but you can wire the engine to recharge your starting battery and your electronics battery just wire them in series (positive to positive and negative to negative)…..
This may sound like alot of batteries but at least your protected from running out of power nothing worse than running out of power and your gas engine wont start!!! A PADDLE WOULD BE USED ABOUT NOW!!
If you are not certain of what you are doing take it to a dealer it may cost you a few more bucks $$ but it is alot cheaper than having to replace your electronics that you just shorted out!!!!
