I’m pretty sure a helicopter lands by the river and some guys get out and kill the dude. Just watched Shooter for the second time and I thought that was the end of the movie but I was wrong. Now I want to figure out what movie the above scenario happens in.

I have never seen anyone do it, however you can catch a pike with a pike fly/lure, and canals are commonly populated with pike so it got me thinking, and if it is possible then I would love to give it a go.

most everything is different, first off the false casting the the previous answer mentioned is used mostly with dry flys (which look like insects on the surface of the water) the “wave” back and forth thing is to dry the fly so it floats. false casting can also be used to make further casts [...]
