Can You Use Caulking To Install Transducer For Fish Finder?
Ah’ I would not suggest usin’ it, transducer can become loose (BASS fisherman’s response) and dependin’ where your mountin’ it, could give ya’ problems with leakage. I have ours mounted on the stern (keep distance between outboard prop) w/ silicone and have not had any problems for over 4 years of constant use! “Tip up and tight lines produce more releasable fish”…
